Package Protection

Not bad

About a month ago, I ordered some items that were sent in separate shipments. My order included the Route protection as usual. One of the packages was marked delivered by USPS, but I never received it.

I reached out to Earth Hero three different times over the first two weeks - to their "Support" email, "Hello" email and through the chat bot. The chat bot could not find my previous support requests. I tried going to Route directly, but my order number from Earth Hero wasn't found on their search tool. The USPS searched for my package and responded immediately, but unfortunately closed my case after leaving someone else's package in my mailbox.

This is the first time I've experienced this at Earth Hero. I love this store, but am hesitant to order here again. It's been a month since my order was marked delivered and I do not have it, do not have a refund, and have not been able to connect with customer service.

The doggy waste bags are sturdy and the price is right. It's important that the bags are environmentally friendly. Another thing I love is the packaging! No plastic at all and I can recycle everything. Thank you!

Love this company and their products. Perfect if you dont like to send waste to landfill
