Handcrafted from soft, organic wool, these colorful garlands are both fun and eco-friendly — forever reusable and fully compostable at the end of their life. Perfect for decorating your tree, mantel, fireplace, or walls, they can also be enhanced with a few drops of your favorite essential oil, or one of our seasonal oil blends, turning them into a natural, aromatic eco freshener.
The beads can be spaced anywhere from 1" to 4" apart, or left touching for a fuller look. The small garland is ideal for doors, small windows, or fireplaces, stretching up to 8 ft when spaced, while the long and extra-long sizes can extend up to 17 ft and 25 ft, perfect for walls, porches, and large windows. Lovingly handmade under fair-trade conditions by Nepalese women artisans, each garland is crafted from cruelty-free New Zealand wool, shaped with vegetable soap and warm water, and dyed with eco-friendly, azo-free colors. Plastic-free and sustainable, these garlands are designed to bring joy year after year.
Sizes:
- S – Small: 24 x 1" (2.5 cm) beads on an 8 ft (2.5 m) cotton string; 2 ft long with beads touching, comes in a cotton storage bag
- L – Long: 48 x 1" beads on a 17 ft (5 m) cotton string; 4 ft long with beads touching, comes in a cotton storage bag
- XL – Extra Long: 84 x 1" beads on a 25 ft (7.5 m) cotton string; 7 ft long with beads touching, comes in a cotton storage bag
End of Life: Fully compostable.
Note: Beads are threaded on one side of the string and can be spaced as desired. To prevent tangling, move the beads together on one end and wrap the extra string around the bobbin before storing. Each garland is individually handmade, so slight variations in bead size and final length are part of its unique charm.
