Did not work for me

I noticed a film of what I suspect is the soy wax on top of my jar. I will often let zero waste products warm up if they get grainy and that usually does the trick. However, I had to do this again multiple times and finally used a toothpick to mix everything and remove the chunks of soy wax. I will take a small amount and scrape it with the back of my nail to use it because rubbing my finger on the surface does nothing. It's frustrating to work with but I like the way it feels on my lips. Maybe this was a bad batch?
